What this website collects, and what it does not.

actionwell.com is a static website. It sets no cookies of its own, runs no analytics or advertising scripts, and loads no third-party trackers. The site is served through Cloudflare, whose infrastructure processes standard connection data such as IP addresses and request logs to deliver the pages and protect against abuse. The one-page PDF overview is served from this site in the same way.

The assessment request form

The form on the assessment page asks for your name, company and work email, and optionally your role, an approximate well count, the asset or region, and a description of the production problem or decision you are facing. Nothing else is requested.

• The form has no server endpoint and transmits nothing. It composes a draft in your own email application, addressed to hello@actionwell.com, and the details stay on your device unless you send that draft. Until then ActionWell never receives them.
• Once you send the draft, ActionWell uses what it contains only to respond to you and to scope an assessment. It is not sold, shared with third parties, or added to any marketing list.
• Correspondence is kept as ordinary email for as long as the conversation is live, and deleted on request.

Your choices

To ask what ActionWell holds about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, email hello@actionwell.com. There is no account, profile, or stored record beyond the email exchange itself.

If the site adds a server-side form, analytics, or any other processing, this notice will be updated first and the date above will change.
